3. NO DISPATCH / NO OPERATIONAL CONTROL
SKY VENTURES GLOBAL, INC.:
* Does not exercise operational control over any aircraft
* Does not provide dispatch services
* Does not provide flight release authority
* Does not act as a Director of Operations
* Does not provide Part 91, 91K, 121, or 135 operational services
* Does not assume pilot-in-command responsibility
All flight operations remain solely under the authority and responsibility of the pilot-in-command or certificated operator.
Nothing in the Service constitutes operational approval or regulatory authorization.

4. Assumption of Risk
Aviation involves inherent and substantial risks.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for:
* All operational decisions
* All flight planning decisions
* All aircraft movements
* All reliance on Service data
